This cleaning method was developed in conjunction with the formulation of the Mister Carpet™ product. This carpet cleaning method is similar to bonnet cleaning, but dries in approximately one hour or less or one fifth the time of the traditional bonnet cleaning method. The traditional method uses a rayon bonnet, a standard 175 RPM rotary floor machine and the "mop bucket & wringer".
The Rotary Fast Chem™ method was developed by my brother, Mike Devine. This unique process uses highly absorbent carpet bonnets and the same 175 RPM rotary floor machine. NO mop buckets or wringers are ever used. The Mister Carpet™ product is lightly sprayed on the carpet; then with the floor machine and a lightly dampened cotton bonnet, the soil is released from the carpet fibers by scrubbing circular motion of the cotton bonnet allowing the soil to be removed effectively.
For extremely dirty conditions we recommend the use of a red scrubbing pad, lightly dampened to agitate the carpet fibers and loosen the soil so the carpet bonnets can absorb the soil.
Reduce your time on the job with our Automatic Spraying System. It was developed to increase the efficiency of pre-spraying the carpet to support the Rotary Fast-Chem™ Method. This spraying system is three times faster than using the traditional 3-gallon garden sprayer when cleaning carpet. This unit also can be used to spray enzymes over large areas.
