Carpet Solutions, LLC sells a variety of chemicals, supplies and equipment and offers the following return policy.

Carpet Solutions Brand Chemicals: We offer a hassle free, 30 day money-back warranty. If you are not 100% satisfied with any Carpet Solutions, LLC brand products simply follow these guidelines for a complete refund:

1. Carpet Solutions LLC at 785-312-9943 within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a Return Authorization number.
2. Carpet Solutions, LLC will issue a pick up order for product however, the customer must follow these directions:
   1. Customer must securely package product for shipment
   2. Return Authorization ( RA#) number should be clearly written on every carton
   3. Include a copy of the invoice in carton
   4. Cleaning chemicals returned must be in original container a significant amount of chemical remaining

Equipment, Tools and Supplies: Our customers expect only brand new materials from Carpet Solutions, LLC and we will only allow returns for unused equipment, tools, or supplies. We reserve the right to inspect all equipment, tools or supplies returned before credit will be issued. Follow these guidelines to be considered for a complete refund:
