Purchase orders will be accepted upon pre-approval for businesses only. Please complete and submit this Credit Application for your business to carpetsolutinsllc@att.net

Shipping Information / Freight Policy

Most orders will be shipped the following business day. 

All carpet bonnet orders will ship FedEx and all other items will ship UPS or common carrier truck / LTL when order size and destination makes the most economic sense. UPS orders can be tracked on the web; we will send you a tracking link for you to track your order. Email us at carpetsolutionsllc@att.net for all other tracking needs. 

All freight costs are paid by you, the customer. You will only pay the actual freight costs and not one penny more. You can track your order as we will send you a link to your email account.

The freight carrier is responsible to deliver merchandise free from loss or damage. Notify the freight carrier, at time of delivery, of any loss or damages so they can begin to process the freight claim. Your acceptance of the shipment at time of delivery indicates merchandise has been received in good condition. We recommend you open and inspect your shipment at time of delivery as carriers may not honor claims made after merchandise has been signed for. Always retain the original shipping cartons and shipping documents to support your freight claims process.

Shortages of any kind should be reported to us immediately.


Tax Collection Policy

Carpet Solutions, LLC collects sales tax in accordance with local tax laws. Unless you have a valid tax exemption document or resale certificate provided prior to shipment, appropriate taxes will be collected based on destination.
