Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
Mandated by US Federal law, managed by the US Department of Labor, Occupational Safety & Health Administrations (OSHA) all manufactures or distributors of chemical products which are hazardous must develop a MSDS document for each product. The MSDS must contain very specific information pertaining to the hazards of the product when handling, first aid procedures, and very specific information as recommended by OSHA. This law also requires US employers to provide access to these documents to all employees.
